Scope:

Work includes complete site demo/grading and replacement of concrete, landscaping, etc. Site utilites and ADA upgrades, building renovations including new casework, windows, doors, wall finishes, plumbing and electrical upgrades for 19 classrooms and 6 science laboratories in buildings C-1 through C-6. Upgrade public address system throughout campus. Remove and reinstall HVAC units and new rooftop equipment. Reroofing existing walkway canopies, etc.
