The Project consists of the remodeling and retro-fitting of an approximately 2960 sq ft existing Auto Shop building and the addition of 4920 sq ft of new construction to the existing building. This includes partial interior and exterior demolition of asphalt paving, concrete, fencing, etc. New site work includes site concrete, ac paving, sewer/drainage/water, fencing, bollards, striping and signage at existing parking lot, 2 new canopies, landscaping, etc. The addition includes CMU walls, structural steel, metal decking, stainless steel wall panels and built-in student desks, metal roofing, storefront, etc. The existing building includes new wood sheer walls and framing, Tremco roofing, etc. Both areas receive typical interior finishes. The contractor is responsible for installing owner provided auto lifts. Building will have a fire sprinkler, fire alarm and security system.
