Renovation of the Treasury Department on the first floor of the Ventura City Hall. The existing arrangement of offices will be modified for new modular office workstations. Work includes demolition, electrical and mechanical systems, acoustical ceilings, painting of the 1'' floor main hall walls and ceiling, etc.
