Scope:

The scope of this Project consists of renovations to Boelter Hall Room 6541 (approximately 1,460 total square feet) to create a new educational laboratory. Work includes providing new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, new lab utilities and casework as well as cosmetic and accessibility upgrades. Provide fire/life safety upgrades per Applicable Code Requirements, as well as signage, and finishes.
